"You/Buyer/Customer" means the user of the Website, "We/us/Seller/Company" means
Cleverbell(UK) Ltd under AQULIC.com, "Services" means the content, search facilities
and other services provided by us through the Website. "Website" means this website
operated by us.
Terms & conditions
These Terms and Conditions, as set out here, together with the Confirmation of Order
are intended by the Seller to set out the contract between the Seller and the Buyer.
The Buyer is encouraged to read in full the Terms and Conditions, Delivery and Returns,
Cancellation ,Privacy Policy and the Confirmation of order, which fully state the
goods, and services the Buyer will receive and the total price of all goods and
services.
The ordering process
Ways to order::
The easiest way to order is through the shopping basket on this website, it is totally
secure and very easy to use. You can browse through the online shop and add items
you wish to buy to the shopping basket, once you have added all the items you want
to the basket, you can view the item and confirm the quantity you desire. When you
click on the 'Pay Now' button, you will be taken to our secure order form page where
you will need to fill in your details. If you select Credit/Debit Card as your Payment
Method, you will be automatically taken to the secure Barclays payment system which
is specially setup to accept your credit card details. Once you have made the payment,
you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. If you select any other payment
method, when you click on Order Now, a page will appear confirming your order and
will explain how you can get you payment to us.
We accept the following credit cards MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express,Switch
and Solo. All your credit card information is handled by Barclays Bank, we do not
store any of your card details.
The second way is to post your order to us, you can send a cheque or postal orders
(please do not send cash) payable to Cleverbell (UK) Ltd. Again the best method
is to go through our shopping cart system on this website, fill in your details,
and instead of submitting through the site, print the page out and mail it to us.
The third way is by telephone order. Please call us at +44 (0)844 8466 478. Please
have your credit card, billing address and also the products name you would like
to order and quantity ready to avoid any delay.

Our contract
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order
up until you checkout your order.
After checking out an order to us we will give you an Order Number and details of
the products you have ordered. We will send the same details to you in an e-mail
(our first e-mail). Please note that this e-mail is an acknowledgement, not acceptance
of your order. Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract
between us will only occur when we send you a second e-mail, which will confirm
your order status (processing) and contain details of how we will deliver your products
to you.
Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which
case our second email will tell you so. Cleverbell (UK) Ltd reserves the right to
decline services to any company or consumer.
When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information
about you, including any received from credit reference agency checks. This helps
to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and
may invite you to pay by another method.
We will send you a third e-mail confirming the dispatch of your order.
Prices
All prices and charges on this site are shown in UK pounds sterling and exclude
UK VAT and exclude delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without prior
notice at the discretion of JNB International. While we try and ensure that all
prices on our Web site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in
the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give
you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel
and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Availability
We try to have stock of all the items on this site, but cannot guarantee this. Therefore,
acknowledging receipt of your order does not constitute an acceptance of your offer
to purchase an item. On receipt of your order, we will advise you if anything is
out of stock.
