In order to guarantee your protection from abuse of your financial information, we do not store any personal financial information on our servers and process all payments securely on the Barclays Secure Payment Site (see Security of Your Payment above). This data is protected by SSL 128-bit encryption. Other personal information entered at AQULIC Online is only for contact purposes is not divulged to any third party entity, and used solely for the purpose authorised by you, for information relating to your order, general AQULIC product information or AQULIC newsletters.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell or disclose customers’ personal details to anyone without their permission. We only use information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Security of payment

The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, plus the applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly in the Order Confirmation Page before you checkout your order.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.

We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.

We accept payment from all UK major credit and debit cards through the Barcalys Secure ePayments card processing service. Customers paying by this method will be transferred securely from our website to Barcalys's Secure ePayments website.

The Barcalys Secure ePayments website is hosted and operated by our bank Barcalys, who will undertake the card transaction on our behalf. Your card details are securely held by Barcalys and at no stage will your card details ever be divulged to us. On successful completion of the transaction you will be returned to our website.

Payment is deducted when we process your order and not when it is submitted. Cleverbell(UK) Ltd remains the sole owner of all goods shipped until the customer has paid in full.

Delivery of goods paid by Credit Card

All first orders must be delivered to the cardholder's address and will be subject to a security check which can delay the order up to 24 hours. Subsequent orders using the same card for payment may request to be sent to an alternative address. However if an alternative delivery address is requested it may be subject to a random security check which may delay the order up to 24 hours.
