Delivery
We ship products to all locations and endeavour to find and use the best value postage for that country.
We try to get orders out as quickly as possible but please allow up to 28 days at busy times. If you have a deadline please state it clearly and we will do all we possibly can to have it with you on time.
Post and packing for all UK order is by Interlink Express. We calculate postage and packaging by weight from rates published. All UK delivery is trackable.

We also offered delivery by courier company such as Parcel Force ( A subsidiary of the Royal Mail) , Internlink Express, Fedex or TNT for extra cost. Please browse through the delivery options that are available for your country and select the most appropriate service.

RETURNS
We endeavour to supply only the highest quality product and believe you will be delighted with your product from AQULIC.com. However, if you are unhappy with the product in anyway it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 7 days unused and in its original packing (ie in a saleable condition) for an exchange or refund. We regret that post and packing costs cannot be refunded. For your protection, please send items Recorded Delivery only. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
If products we deliver to you are not as ordered or are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity you should contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the incorrect, damaged or defective products or make good the shortfall in quantity or, at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of those products to you.
If you do not receive products ordered you should notify us within 28 days of the date of your order. We will deliver the products ordered or, at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of the non-delivered products to you, or if we have not accepted your order and have been unable to contact you, we will notify you of the reason for non-acceptance.
To return an item, please contact us and you will be issued with a returns number (Return Authorisation Code) RAC. The RAC must be clearly marked on the outside of the package sent back to us. No return will be accepted without this number marked clearly on the outside of the package. You can return your order in its original condition, to the address below, within 14 days of the date on which you receive it. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.

Cancellations
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation.
